Administration files to help you learn about CONTENTdm features or
troubleshoot issues on your own.
- Technical phone and e-mail support from professionals who know our
software inside and out during the term of your Annual Maintenance Agreement.
- Prompt response to all support inquiries.
- Upgrades to your current version of CONTENTdm during the term of your Annual
Maintenance Agreement.
- Automatic e-mail notifications with relevant news and product
announcements.

To learn about upcoming workshops and training in your region, please contact your Regional Service Provider. Your Regional Service Provider can also provide you with CONTENTdm Implementation Services that help guide you through key decisions and tasks in order to achieve results for your organization more quickly.
