CONTENTdm Version 3.3 is now available
CONTENTdm 3.3 offers enhanced collection administration capabilities and additional stability.
Publish/Not Published - This new feature allows the collection administrator to suppress a collection name from the public list of collections. Designed to enable a more private collection development and building process before collections are made public, this feature adds flexibility to the process of building your on-line collections.
Collection Editor - A significant enhancement of the collection editing functions, the new editor supports both global and select operations. Global operations include changing field contents throughout a collection and highly configurable search and replace options. The Collection Editor allows selective deletion of items and metadata updates within your collection as well as improved record locking while you edit. This new feature extends the usefulness and reliability of multi-user data entry and updates.
Improved Reliability - We've improved the reliability and robustness of the software to better handle multi-user collection development groups who might experience slow network response, loaded servers or bursts of activity.
